A few highlights of group emails on Practice:
- Practice will automatically sync emails to your group record (similar to that of a regular 1:1 email) when the email address directly matches previous group email threads. That means importing previous group communication is done automatically! Just make sure that all of the recipients on the email threads are also members of the group
- When you compose, you'll have the option to either CC or BCC all recipients. Similar to how composition works in your Gmail, you can decide if you want recipients to see each other's email addresses
- If there is a non-client on an email thread, Practice will still show the email in your inbox, but you'll notice that client isn't a recipient
Send an email directly from a Group
1. To send an email to a group from within a client record, use the + button in the upper right-hand corner to initiate a new email
2. From there, you can write your content to multiple recipients and decide if the email should BCC or send to all recipients as a CC:

Now, from your inbox page, you can compose an email and you'll have the option to send to multiple clients OR select from a list of your groups created on Practice:
