How do I invite a new member to my team?
You can invite a new member to your team by heading to app.practice.do/teams and clicking "invite member" in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Can I centralize billing for my organization?
Yes! All billing for your account is routed through one central Stripe account. The owner of the organization is the only one who has the ability to set the Stripe account.
What does account setup look like for a new member of my organization?
The setup is simple! Your member will create their account by setting their password and then log into their Practice account.

When am I billed for adding a new member to my organization?
Your account is billed upon the creation of a new member in your organization.
Do I have a separate billing cycle for adding a new member to my organization?
Yes, the billing cycle for seats on your organization is different vs. the billing cycle for your Practice account. The new billing cycle for a member of your organization will start when you add the first member to your organization.
Can I assign more than one contact owner today?
Today, only one member of your organization can be assigned to a client at one time.
