Schedulers for Teams

With no filters, the scheduler page will show schedulers for the entire organization. Practice uses avatars of members in the organization to denote who is the owner of the scheduler.

To adjust the view of schedulers, use the filter and modify the visibility of the schedulers to view your schedulers or the schedulers of another member in your organization. 

Because each scheduler assumes the identity of the availability:

• New clients that use this scheduler will be automatically assigned to the scheduler's owner 
• Email notifications for appointments are sent to the scheduler's owner 
• Time blocks and open hours for the scheduler will be displayed based on the availability of the scheduler's owner
