Each contact inside of Practice has its own dedicated billing details. This billing information is used in the case that you're invoicing someone separately versus the individual that's using the services.
So, if individual A is the client but individual B is the person paying for the services, you'd want to ensure that the information for individual B is set as the billing details.
When the invoice is generated and sent to the contact, we'll send it to the billing contact information!
To update the billing details
Head over to the client you'd like to update:
Click the three-dot menu in the upper right hand corner and select EDIT
Head down to the bottom of the page and change the billing details:
