Schedulers are owned by an individual member of the team. Practice uses the availability as the identifier for which scheduler is owned by a specific member of the team. For example: if Member A is the current owner of a scheduler and would like to transfer ownership to Member B, then they would have to simply change the availability within the scheduler and ownership will transfer.
Step 1: Duplicate the scheduler using the three-dot menu
Use the ••• menu on the scheduler to duplicate the scheduler and create a copy. When you create a copy, Practice will automatically copy over all existing specs including buffers, titles, and
Step 2: update the title, URL, and description
From within the scheduler, you'll want to modify the title, URL and description because these will carry over the details of the previous scheduler. Just be aware that any of the previous info from the older scheduler will carry over to the new scheduler.
Step 3: change the availability
Because the availability determines ownership, once the availability is updated to a different member of the org, Practice will assume ownership of the new member of your team.
After you save, you'll notice that the avatar on the scheduler card will change to the new member of your team!
