Appointment outcomes are a great way to track the status of an appointment and make sure it's in line with how the appointment actually occurred. To set the appointment outcome, navigate over to the appointment you'd like to use and add an outcome:
Set the outcome to any of the following status'
And, you can even add a note about the outcome so you don't forget what occurred regarding this specific instance:
While the appointment outcome itself will be visible to the client in their client portal, the notes that you create about the appointment will not be visible to the client. Notes on appointment outcomes are internal facing only.
In the future to look at your notes, simply hover over the info icon to view your previous comments:
