The internal notification panel
The internal notification panel helps to create transparency within an organization between admins and their clients and amongst admins themselves. Accessible via the bell in the upper left hand corner of the app, the notification panel highlights new activity within your team.
For Org owners & Partners
Users within the organization who are set with the permission of Partner or exist as the organization owner will be notified about global activity in the org. So, all notifications published for the entire organization will be visible.
For Members and Collaborators
Users within the organization who are set with the permission of the Collaborator will only see notifications relevant to their clients.
What notifications are included?
The following notifications are included in the notification panel:
- Appointments

- New appointment booked
- Appointment rescheduled
- Appointment canceled
- Appointments outcome updated

- When a client is assigned to a member of your team
