Creating family or organization is an effective way to mange the entire relationship with a single entity. Practice will aggregate the the activities of all clients accross all package on the organization record in one singular place.

Client organization hierarchy
The relationship for clients under the umbrella of their organization is simple! All of the clients added to the organization have their own dedicated client record, but also belong to the record of the organization. This means that they can be included in any of the packages/services that are delivered to the org, OR they can have their own dedicated package.
Creating an organization
1. First, create a client organization on your contacts page
2. Next, designate your primary fields.

Client type: Family or Organization
- Decide how this client organization appears in your contacts tab

Organization title
- Designate the title of this entity (e.g. Acme corp, or the Jones family)

Add members of your team
- Select members of your team who will work directly with this

Primary contact
- Who is the primary contact at this client organization?
3. Select all of the clients that belong to this organization
4. Then, select a billing contact or create a client directly.
After you create a client organization, you'll see a dedicated record for the organization.
FAQs
Do clients still have their own portals?
Yes, each client still has their own dedicated portal. However, if the client is included in a package, they'll have access to the shared contents of that package; scheduling, appointments, notes and forms.
What kinds of 'stuff' does the organization record show?
The organization record is going to show all of the content associated with packages amongst the clients. This includes: notes, appointments, forms (both internal and client-facing) are aggregated on the organization record.
How many packages can I assign to an organization?

How many clients can I assign to the organization?
There are no limits! Add away :)
What does the billing contact do?
The billing contact for the client organization is the designated point of contact for all billing related to the org. So, when invoices are created or packages are paid for, they'll route to the billing contact of the organization record.
How does activity get aggregated to the client organization record?
If the client is included in a package as a participant, then all of their package-objects will aggregate to the organization record.
Do my clients still have their own client records?
Yes they do! Client records exist independently of a client organization record. We'll aggregate the activity from client records when there's a organization package.
