Overview
The relationship for clients under the umbrella of their organization is simple! All of the clients added to the organization have their own dedicated client record, but also belong to the record of the organization. This means that they can be included in any of the packages/services that are delivered to the org, OR they can have their own dedicated package.
This video will walk you through how to set up families and organizations, and the best way to create and assign packages within these.
FAQs
What clients in the family can view the packages?
Anyone who is on the package as a manager or a participant will see the package on their client portal.
How many packages can I assign to an organization?
There are no limits!
What if someone bought a package before I created a family?
You can go to their client portal, and click on the package to move it to the family!
What if a family bought one package to be split between 2 kids?
You can add multiple participants to a package. Once that is done, sessions booked through that package will count towards it for anyone listed as a participant.
Can I message an entire family?
There are currently no messaging options as a family. You can message clients individually through their portal.
