Learn how to navigate the Appointment tab in Practice as a collaborator. This includes a review of availabilities, schedulers, and appointments.
Quick Review:
Availabilities: This acts as an overlay of your existing calendar integration and is a way to manage your open hours/dates.
Schedulers: Think of these as appointment templates. Your customers will need to book different types of appointments (45 min appointment, discovery call, etc). Only admins have availability to edit/create schedulers. Your clients will book appointments from a scheduler (or you can individually create an appointment as well).
Appointments: These are individual appointments - you can filter through past or upcoming on your dashboard. The most important thing to do after an appointment is to mark the outcome and assign the appointment to a package.
