Invite your clients to use Practice
If a client has not yet been invited to use Practice, you have the option to invite them via their client record. When you're ready to invite them, you can use the blue button in the top right of the navigation to send the invitation.
At the point when you're ready to send the invite, you have the option to send the email directly from Practice, or copy a link that can be pasted into an SMS message.
If your email address is connected to your Practice account, this will send directly from your domain or Gmail! Learn more about sending emails via Practice
Understand clients' invite status
On the client record, you'll see the status of the shared workspace change as your client has been invited, not yet invited or if you have an unread message.

Easily access chat
To open the Shared Workspace and engage with your clients, you can access chat in the following places:
On the client record
Using the client record, each client or contact will have a button to open their shared workspace directly.
On the contacts list view
By using the three-dot menu ··· on the contact row, you can directly open the shared workspace
On the Practice mobile app(s)
