When creating or editing a package, you'll have the option to select a scheduler to associate with your package.
Attach Scheduler Rules
When a scheduler is attached to a package, the package will assume the rules of the scheduler. This applies to all of the elements of the scheduler that you'll associate with your package:
- Availability
- Communication
- Appointment duration
- Scheduling limits
- Messaging
- Smart Actions:
- Forms
- Reminders
- Labels
NOTE: if your scheduler has a product attached, the product will not apply to the package. You cannot have a product inside of a package as it would duplicate the request from the client for payment.
As a best practice, it's important to consider the kinds of behavior your scheduler should have with a given package. Each of the sessions booked by the client will follow the behavior of the scheduler.
