To apply a session to an existing package, you have two requirements:
- The client must be currently in a package. As in, you've already applied a package to their account
- There must be outstanding appointments in their package. If a client has completed all of the sessions in their package, then no new sessions can be applied to the completed package
Step 1: Select The Client
Find the client that you'd like to apply the package towards by searching from your client list.
Step 2: Ensure There Are Still Slots Outstanding
On the client sidebar, you'll see there current fulfillment status of the client and the package. This will tell you how many sessions have been associated with a given package. This includes both previous and upcoming appointments with a given client.
Step 3: Select The Session
On the client timeline, you'll see the full list of sessions and appointments with a client. Using the three-dot menu ··· on the right-hand side of the artifact, select Add to package in order to associate the package
Once a session has been associated with the package, you'll see the number of associated and booked appointments increase by one.
