As you get rolling with your Practice account, here's a helpful checklist to get the most out of your account.
The Essentials ✔️
- [ ] Connect your Google account (via Settings)
- [ ] Connect your Zoom account (via Settings)
- [ ] Connect your Stripe account (via Settings)
- [ ] Import your first client
- [ ] Set your default calendar availability via “availabilities” inside of your appointments tab
- [ ] Download the Practice Mobile App (for iOS users currently)
- [ ] Add a profile picture (via Settings)
Appointments
- [ ] Customize the schedulers on your public profile
- [ ] Embed a scheduler on your website
- [ ] Add an additional Google account (if applicable)
- [ ] Customize your smart actions within a scheduler
- [ ] Host an event on Practice — maybe an office hours or webinar
Clients
- [ ] Add a few customized labels and apply them to your client
- [ ] Create your first custom fields (via Client Template)
- [ ] Invite a client to the client portal to use Practice with you
Payments
- [ ] Create a package or a product
- [ ] Create a coupon for external or internal use
Forms
- [ ] Make your first form
- [ ] Edit an existing form
- [ ] Create a testimonial form
- [ ] Create a feedback form
Library
- [ ] Upload your first file to the library
- [ ] Create a link in your library
- [ ] Download a few resources from the resource library
