Frequently asked questions about the Library on Practice
What is a system folder?
A system folder is a folder automatically created when you share a file with a client. This is an easy way to view all of the files that you've shared with each client on Practice. Within Practice, you'll see a list of all of your clients inside the system folder.
Who has access to my files and links?
Inside your library, only you have access to the uploads there. If you share a link or a file with a client, of course, they'll have access as well, but the file will
Does my client have folders too?
Yes, your client will have a folder as well. This is accessible via their client portal in Practice.
Can I put a folder in a folder?
You betcha :)
Nesting folders are not supported inside of System Folders, however. Only folders in your Library.
Can I share a folder?
Yes! You can easily share a folder with a client.
Does Practice own anything I upload?
No, Practice does not assume ownership over anything uploaded to your Library or account.
What kinds of formats can I upload?
The library is very flexible! You can upload anything from PDFs to PowerPoints to... you name it! Practice also supports links as objects that you can create too.
What are Resources?
Our team has aggregated a ton of resources from all over the web. And, we've even made a few of them ourselves :) You can access all of these for free by heading to https://practice.do/resources in your Practice account.
Can I upload more than one file at a time?
Yes! There's no limit to the number of files that you can upload at once. Simply select them from your computer or drag them to your browser from your desktop.
Can I share a file with more than one person?
Yes, you can! When a file or link is uploaded to your library, you can share it with anyone that exists in your Practice clients list.
