Your system folder is a folder automatically created by Practice when you upload a new file to a client record.
Inside of a system folder, you'll see all of the files and links that have been shared with that client :)
A few things to note about System Folders:
- Each client in your Practice account will have their own system folder
- There's no need to create system folders for each client, they'll be automatically created for each of the clients in your Practice account at the time of file shared
- Both public and private files will exist inside of a system folder
- If you share a different (active) folder in your library with a client, the system folder will aggregate all of the files and links that are in that folder
