Similar to other ways notes, forms, invoices, and other parts of Practice. Folders can be either Private or Public (Shared).
When a folder is shared, the client will have access to all of the files, links, and folders that exist inside of that folder.
In this example, my folder (Articles) has three folders inside of it:
When I shared the Articles Folder, a client will have the ability to access each of the sub-folders that are nested inside of my parent folder.
As I add to the folder with new files, links, or even new sub-folders they'll be automatically shared with clients and will not require me to "share" via email or messaging.

Note that your System Folders aggregate all of the files and links that have already been shared.
