When creating a group appointment, you'll have the option to edit the following:
Appointment Details
- Meeting title
- Meeting communication method (Google Meets, Zoom, etc...)
- Meeting duration
Date & Time
- Start date
- Start time
- Repeat cadence
- End repeat cadence
- Number of meeting occurrences
Calendar
- Which calendar you'd like this meeting to live on
Smart Actions
- Automatic application of labels
- Automatic sending of forms (pre-session and post-session forms)
At the time of creation, each client in the group will receive a calendar invite to the group session based on the parameters above!
