If you're currently working with a group and you'd like to migrate the calendar event or appointment to your Practice account, there are a few simple steps to tackle:
1. Add your members to the group
After creating your group, you'll want to select the members in your CRM to add to this group. This is done at the time of creating the group, but can also be done on the group timeline view.
2. Create a new appointment
When you create a new appointment, select the communication preference that you'd like to use for the group meetings.
If you're already meeting with this group on an existing video call link, it's recommended that you use "custom video call" as the option so that existing members can still access the URL that has been used to date.
3. Accepted invites will roll in! 🎉
Each client will receive a new calendar invitation at this time with the same call information (if you opted to select "Custom Video Call")
If you click on the group event in the timeline, you're able to see the specific status for each of the attendees and their accepted status with this session.
