Does my client see my scheduler and available appointment slots in their timezone?
Short Answer: Yes
Long Answer:
- When you send your scheduler to a client, it will display your scheduler in their computer's / system's time zone automatically. So for example, even if you setup your scheduler and availability to be in EST (eastern standard time), it will automatically convert your available days and times to your clients computers timezone which is MST (mountain standard time). This way you don't have to worry about mix-ups and figuring out time zone differences.
Does my client see new appointment emails and appointment reminder emails in their timezone?
Short Answer: Yes
Long Answer:
- When you set the timezone of your contact on the contact record, this makes sure that any appointment related emails they get, be they notifications for a new appointment, or an email appointment reminder, are displayed in the timezone you set for them. So if you choose EST as a client's timezone, we will automatically convert any appointments made in your timezone to theirs and display those times appropriately in emails.
How do I make sure my schedulers are based in my timezone and comply with my schedule?
- When you set your timezone in availabilities and attach that availability to a scheduler, that ensures all appointments booked through that scheduler comply with your timezone and accompanying schedule.
